Dear Friend,
College life can be exciting, overwhelming, confusing, and transformative, sometimes all at once. The Counseling space is designed to be a pause from that rush. It’s a space that belongs to you: where you can speak openly, sit in silence if you need to, untangle your thoughts, or simply breathe without pressure or judgment.
Therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis. It can be helpful when you’re feeling stressed, anxious, low, stuck, lonely, uncertain about relationships, questioning your identity, or trying to make sense of who you are becoming. It can also be a space for growth, to build self-awareness, strengthen boundaries, develop coping skills, and understand patterns that may be holding you back.
Reaching out can feel intimidating, but it’s also an act of self-care and strength. Whenever you’re ready, this space is here for you.
